Hey Athletes! This week we talk about a study that compared strength gains while doing either exclusively strength exercise or doing both strength and conditioning. There isn't a great strength difference but there is a great overall health difference. 

We also talk about pacing during workouts, cycles and achieving your goals. Going full ham isn't always the way to go. And our workout for this week is "Sallys Revenge."
