Hey athletes, this week we are talking about protein! How much do you need to recover from your workout? well, what kind of workout are you doing? It is also FIT WEEK in our programming so we are going over what we are testing and some tips and tricks to either setting your baseline or going for those PR's! We will be giving away a bunch more shirts yet again this fit week. And lastly, the workout for this week is the E03 5K. Like a normal 5K, but with more fun thrown in.
