Couple weeks ago we looked at how keto I able to achieve hypertrophy and strength among other things. So now we wanted go to the other direction and look at a study that compared vegan and omnivore diets when doing strength and hypertrophy training. the results were similar but there is still a lot to unpack and caveats to consider when doing a vegan diet.
